Terms of Service

1. Provider

2022 Limited (RC 1305526), Plot 2022 Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja.

2. Service

2022 Limited provides AI implementation consulting: setting up, configuring and supporting AI assistants for individuals, executives and businesses. The service is provided on a monthly subscription or a fixed-fee engagement as quoted to you in writing.

3. Fees and billing

Fees are as quoted or listed at Personal Setup ₦150,000 (one-off); Executive ₦250,000 per month plus ₦150,000 onboarding (one-off); Business implementation from ₦1,500,000 (as quoted). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Paystack, in the name of 2022 Limited. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate. 2022 does not sell credits, tokens, stored value, or balances, and no unused value carries forward.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. No further charges will be made after that.

5. Refunds

If we fail to deliver a paid service, we will refund the fee for that undelivered portion within 14 days. Fees for work already delivered are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

6. AI output

Output is generated with third-party AI tools [vendors ______]. It may be inaccurate, and you must review it before you use it. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a licence to process it only so that we can provide the service. Do not upload personal data you have no right to share.

8. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except as the law requires.

9. Data

Your data is processed under our Privacy Notice and the NDPA 2023, including transfers to AI vendors outside Nigeria with appropriate safeguards.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.
